Refund policy

At Leaves of Leisure, we strive to ensure your experience with our teas is as relaxing and enjoyable as the blends themselves. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

Return Window
Unopened Products: You may return unopened tea canisters or pouches within 30 days of your order date for a refund.

Opened Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened products unless there is an issue with the quality. If you experience any issues with your tea, please contact us at hello@leavesofleisure.com so we can make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label for unopened product returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original mode of payment.

We do not offer refunds for:
Shipping delays
Incorrectly provided addresses
Packages marked as delivered but not received
If your order is lost in transit, we will either refund or reship it as long as we are notified within 30 days of your order date.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@leavesofleisure.com so we can assist.

Purchases from Vendors
If you purchased a Leaves of Leisure product through one of our retail or gifting partners (anything listed under Shop Extras), we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges directly. However, we are happy to help resolve any issues—just reach out to us.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are shipped once all items in your cart are back in stock. We do not offer partial shipments.
