What is your company and what do you do?

I am the co-owner of The Well Center, an integrative wellness center in Armonk, NY. I am also a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® practitioner with a mission of helping to diagnose and heal my clients through dedicated coaching and functional medicine.

How do you start your morning?

Wake up at 6:30, Meditate for 20 minutes, get up and do some sort of work out for about 45 minutes to an hour (or go for a hill walk outside with my husband), shower, take my supplements, eat a protein breakfast, drink my mushroom coffee and then get to work.

What advice do you have for other female entrepreneurs looking to create healthier and invigorating morning routines and habits?

Start simple. Don't try to add too much or you won't get it done. And be realistic with the amount of time that you have.

What are some of your favorite leisure activities?

I love walking and hiking, skiing, painting with my son, and cooking.

Share a favorite affirmation that other female entrepreneurs could benefit from.

Be patient with yourself and others, journeys takes time.
