Making a perfect pot of tea

A delicious cup of tea can chase away the winter chill, recharge you during the day, or relax you at night.  But brewing tea isn’t as easy as pouring hot water over a teabag. Once you learn how to brew it in the right way, you will never go back.

Making a perfect pot of tea is all in the details.

To savor the perfectly steeped cup of tea you’ll simply need freshly boiled water and the tea bag. If you prefer to drink your tea mild, let it infuse for 2-3 minutes. Although, remember that to enjoy smell and taste to its fullest, give it more steeping time, which would help to extract the best flavor. Therefore, to take the joy of your tea strong, let it steep for up to 6-7 minutes and remove the teabag.

To enjoy Leaves Of Leisure’ tea on hot summer days, we definitely recommend brewing it cold. To infuse your tea, place one tea bag into a teapot, pouring it all with freshly boiled water. Then, cover and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Fill an acrylic glass (or container that can withstand high heat) with ice, remove the bag and add the hot tea to the glass. Garnish and sweeten to the taste. Keep in mind that the strength of the tea should be increased since it will be poured over ice and diluted.

Keep simplicity in mind even if you want a more precise brewing solution. Tea doesn't require any specific etiquette or equipment to be delicious, and the less money you spend on brewing equipment, the more you have to spend on high-quality tea.

Try not to overload yourself. Follow your heart, and stomach, while brewing your tea, but we would advise at least making sure you can appreciate the actual taste.

Now sit back, put your feet up, and take a moment to enjoy your well-earned cup of properly made tea.
