Give us a play by play-- time you get up, 3-5 things you do to start your day.I’ve finally built a schedule and life around embracing that I enjoy slower paced mornings. As many mornings as possible, I try to wake up naturally without an alarm - usually around 7:30 or 8:00. It never fails that I start my day with checking my calendar & email to confirm when I need to be present in front of my computer. Then it’s off to make my coffee or tea and get dressed for the day. When I finally settle into my desk, I’m planning out my must tackle items & setting intentions for the day with writing 3 dreams. I created a custom planner that includes the 3 dreams in every day. It helps me to never feel lost in what I’m fighting for. What advice do you have for other female entrepreneurs looking to create healthier and invigorating morning routines and habits?Don't be afraid to make space for yourself. I spent the beginning years of my adulthood always feeling like I had to care for others and that meant there is no space for my self-care. Instead I have found making space for my self-care and rejuvenation activities actually allow me to show up in a more intentional and present way for my loved ones around me. What are some of your favorite leisure activities?Riding my bike around town on a sunny day, Listening to music that makes me dance, Putting my feet on the ground outside, Renovating my home to release my creative brain.
